What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Bancontact, SOFORT, and Paysafecard. We also support cryptocurrency payments via Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Is it safe to buy game keys on PYROX?
Absolutely. PYROX only sells keys sourced from authorized distributors and publishers. We never use grey-market or resold keys. Every key is verified before sale, and our PYROX Guarantee covers you if anything goes wrong.
Can I buy a game key as a gift?
Yes! After purchasing, you'll receive the key in your account. We also offer a dedicated Gift Mode at checkout — enter the recipient's email and we'll send them a branded gift card with the key.
Why are your prices lower than Steam or Epic?
We negotiate bulk pricing directly with publishers and operate with much lower overhead than a full storefront. We pass those savings on to you.
Key Activation
How do I activate a Steam key?
Open Steam → click "Games" → "Activate a Product on Steam" → enter your key. The game will appear in your library immediately.
How do I activate an Epic Games key?
Open Epic Games Launcher → click your profile icon → "Redeem Code" → paste your key → click Redeem.
How do I activate a GOG key?
Go to gog.com/redeem and paste your key. GOG games are DRM-free — once activated, the game is yours forever.
My key says "already activated" — what do I do?
Contact our support team with your order number. Under the PYROX Guarantee, we'll send a replacement within 10 minutes or issue a full refund.
Account
Do I need an account to buy a game?
You can checkout as a guest, but we recommend creating an account. With an account you get: order history, key storage, wishlist alerts, exclusive discounts, and priority support.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Sign In" → "Forgot Password?" → enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within 1 minute.
Can I change my email address?
Yes — go to Account Settings → Profile and update your email. All previous orders and keys will transfer automatically.
Refunds & Issues
Can I get a refund on a game key?
Unactivated keys: Full refund within 14 days. Activated keys: We cannot refund consumed keys, but if the key was defective, we'll replace it under our PYROX Guarantee.
I was charged but didn't receive my key
Check your Account → Order History. Also check your email (including spam). If you still can't find it, contact support — we resolve 99% of cases within 5 minutes.
Delivery
How fast will I receive my key?
Instantly. 98% of keys are delivered within 30 seconds. You'll see it on the confirmation page, in your account, and in an email.
Can I buy from outside Europe?
Yes! We serve customers worldwide. Some keys have regional restrictions set by the publisher — we clearly label these on the product page.
What happens with pre-order keys?
You're charged immediately and your key is reserved. On launch day, the key appears in your account and you get an email notification.
